We are experienced in machining a moulds for pipe pigging applications. The finished parts are designed to clean the pipes used in the oil and gas industry. The mould will be designed as per customer requirements & specification. The part is engineered to allow for a variety of configurations, producing multi-finned pipe pigs with the overall length and head shape set by selecting the required interchangeable mould inserts, as per the attached photos.
The mould is made of CS, aluminium and FRP; the tightest tolerance is also met during fabrication. The completed unit is tested for accuracy and integrity with functionality testing and visual and dimensional inspections for customer verification.
